American Panel doors

MDF panel which is produced in Yıldız Entegre A.Ş. or Kastamonu Entegre A.Ş. is made of oven dried fir tree or pine and presses over kraft combi filler between construction which is made of stiles having 36x45 mm dimensions which were prepared accordingly with dimensions. Door surface is prepared with desired model. Casing: plinth: One side is prepared with American watering and other side is prepared over sub MDF for providing holding by screw and made of length added fir tree or pine by suing finger joint method after removal of knurls and then pressed over wooden stiles having 36x45 mm dimensions which are prepared specific for dimensions. Plinths are prepared optionally with 10-12 mm thickness and 7 cm width including dovetail adjustment. Dovetail plinth place is opened. American panel door is the door which is firstly  produced in mass production in Turkey and it is most common door model. Alright why American door? We can say that reasons for this are proper price, quick supply and easy installation. Knob handles which we refer as hotel lock are frequently used in addition to normal handles. American doors are lightweight doors. They can be produced with our without glass. These doors are doors which have most intense production and store sales in our country and we can find them in every store. Surface of American door is coated with MDF and they standard fabrication sizes. Generally MDF which is commonly used in door panels are also used in American doors.

One of properties which American doors have is the proper price. They are easy to clean, they do not moisturize.  American doors have less weight and they are easier to use with respect to pressed doors and coated doors. Polish for these doors are made by fabrication or manually.
